Discovery is, however Quest & Quest Red are not.

Quest is on Freeview , though, like Dave, not on Freesat.

I usually dip in and out of Now TV, but I've had the entertainment package for the last 9 months and still finding stuff to watch - 24 Legacy, Madam Secretary, Elementary, Lucky Man, Bull, Criminal Minds, and Criminal Minds over seas on holiday, Bones and more that I can't think of just now. New season of Game of Thrones in a couple of months as well. Watch a mix of box sets and catch up.
Totally agree with the now Tv box deals - usually a good saver even if you don't need the box. Also, I went to cancel the movies pass on Now TV this morning, as my £6 a month deal for 4 months was about to end and it was going up to £9.99 a month - they've offered 4 months at £3.99 a month, so sticking with it again. Massive savings compared to getting Sky through a box - you do need decent BB though.
