You can just split the flight up into it's constituent parts.

    Say
MAN - KUL £1500 return Oman Air
KUL - PER £600 Air Asia ( Two one way flights, so you can choose Japan inbound or outbound.)
KUL - FUK £775 return ANA

So that should be your benchmark. £2900 or less for all four passengers.

Ah OK, thanks guys - will do ....

    Want to go Man/FUK/PER

Leave around 07/04/18 and coming back by 26/04/18. Staying around 10 days in Japan. Travelling around 24hours each time (no 36hours with two kids in tow!)

    2 adults, 1 3yo (will be 4 on return leg of journey) & 1 1yo

So far found flights at just under £4k. Can get £2,800 if have longer flight times but don't think that would be wise.

    Thanks guys!

Maybe it's cheaper to go Oz first? Or is it because of the way you've inputted?

It's up to you as to what you do with the combo I have posted.

    For example
    MAN- KUL 1st to the 22nd £1500
    KUL - PER on the 2nd £300
    PER - KUL 12th £300
    KUL-FUK return 12th - 19th £775
KUL -MAN 22nd (included in the £1500 above)

As you've split it up into the constituent parts, you have more flexibility.

If you want to rest between trips(recommended), you can take a room at http://www.theyouniqhotel.com/index.php for a Sleep Three Convertible for £25 in KL.

So that frames your departure to and from the UK. At that point you can choose to continue on to Perth or FUK or to take a room to sleep/freshen up.

    or
    image.jpg

If you choose to go to Perth, you can take the Air Asia flight above that day or the next(if you choose to take a rest)
You book the Air Asia flight from Perth for around eleven days before your Oman flight to MAN leaves from KUL.
Of course if you chose to go to FUK on the first leg, then you book the Air Asia flight from Perth to connect with your flight from KUL to MAN.

You can take one of the flights above from KL to FUK and back to join your Oman flight from or to MAN

This way, you can limit journey times and have a proper bed between flights if you so choose. It also allows you more flexibility.
In addition, you should be able to select your seats in advance online for free with Oman and Korean/Singapore.
