I've had to disable javascript to access the site with Google Chrome 58.0.3029.81 (64-bit).
Before I disabled javascript, any page I tried to visit would display and then immediately disappear. The web browser was still waiting for something, but no matter how long I waited it wouldn't reappear.
I've not been around for a couple of days so I don't know when it started.
