  • Yes I sent a cheque which they ignored and continued with the threatening letters so I cancelled it and found the advice on here. So yes although I should have claimed costs it does feel good that they are out of pocket anyway.
    It baffles me that the sham of the IAS is still allowed to operate and it's infuriating that there are people making a living out there from intimidating people with debt collector threats. It has been a fairly stressful experience but I'm glad I went through with it.

    please complain to your local MP and ask them to support the private members bill going through parliament , also ask why the DCLG have done nothing since their survey 2.5 YEARS ago
