Hmm although my purpose of contacting them would be different (secondary account opening) than complain, this still seems to be what I am looking for. Will try that, thank you for giving me that link! Appreciated.

I've tried that one before, after a long wait I got a reply telling me I couldn't use it for any enquiry or complaint relating to an account, it was only for feedback and they could only deal with website related issues. My enquiry/complaint was about... how the website worked. I was advised I had to go into a branch to discuss how online banking works

Oh if only It took them two months to respond to my complaint that their online "complaint form" cannot be used to make a complaint. After two months I was told... "We have investigated your concern... please go to your local branch to discuss this issue." :rotfl:

If you already have an account with HSBC, its best for you to login to internet banking and use their secure messaging facility.
