Santander, HSBC Uk Contact FORM - Looking For It

HI !
I am looking for Santander's and HSBC's webpage based Contact Forms. I saw the phone numbers but I cannot see on their Contact Us webpages the contact forms. Every bank, specially such large ones, should have some alternative options of phone contacts and branch visits, at least for general inquiries. Does anyone know the URLs (links) to contact us webpages or both santander and hsbc?

Something like this (the forum has a bug and I am unable to paste URL):
https : // bank dot barclays dot co dot uk SLASH olb SLASH authlogin SLASH contactUsContainer dot do# SLASH contactUs
This one is obviously for Barclays. I am looking it for Santander UK and HSBC UK.0 -

Why should they? HSBC probably has secure messages for customers when logged in, as First Direct does. A previous poster states Santander has for customers. If you are not a customer then you will have to do it the old fashioned way. They may reply on Twitter maybe...Anything I say in no way constitutes financial advice and anything you do is your own decision.0 -

Presumably the OP is one such potential customer, rather than simply not wishing to use the Freephone numbers provided or make a branch visit.
Accessibility needs are addressed on both providers' websites.
If that is the case the OP should be well versed with finding the easily accessible accessibility pages on either Santander's and HSBC's websites. Both use SignVideo, TextPhone/TextRelay etc and HSBC does have a live chat.Anything I say in no way constitutes financial advice and anything you do is your own decision.0 -
Maybe it's the magic key to get any from of response from HSBC within a few months?0

except live chat of hsbc, I am still unable to see any form of ONLINE communication with santander uk and/or hsbc uk.0
