He says he accepts paypal but at the bottom of the listing it says they accept credit card and bank transfer only. He only has paypal coverfor up to £150 as well, so anyone stupid enough to buy these will still lose out big time.0 -

This chaps feedback is interesting too, apparently it looks like he runs a massage shop too, as his last 4 feedbacks are for massage neon signs.
Personally if I was in the least bit suspicious of such a person I wouldnt buy owt however if im not sure I always send a chq, therefore I have a home address, which I have the ways and means to check they live there, and if it all goes boobs up they get a visit from a slightly grizzly bear and some mates.
all the best
the bearLive each day like its your last because one day you'll be right0 -

If you pay with a credit card surely there is no risk? If he turns out to be a scammer you can raise a chargeback with your CC company.0 -
But he has been using other people's credit card as ID to set up other ebay accounts and also using their cards to top up his phone etc. Obviuosly you can trace this so probably covered, but still not very secure!0

Apparently not. I was cheated by a seller and rang Barclaycard, (I had paid with my CC) and was told that they don't cover an item sold through a third party, like eBay.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0
