    Hi, Thanks.
This guy from Liverpool has set up yet another account on ebay and is selling more take tha tickets. I have had the same reply as with all the other listing he as put on - he always offers collection only in Liverpool and takes credit card, saying paypal is not secure.
I don't know where he go this photo from but on the last listing it was copied.

Looks like another scammer to me, with some very threatening terms and conditions for non-payers.

There has been a postcode offered L3 6EL. But As I wasn't scammed by this person I have no more details. Not sure if the others in the situation have more info.

Definitely. Most take that fans would pay £500 to go back stage. It cannot be real and they are very threatening. I might report them to ebay as surely it is illegal to demand payment from people who don't go through with the sale?

I am also worried about that listing as it talks about offering second chance offers which mean they might contact loads of people. Surely it cannot be genuine. What can be done about this?????

  • Fao POST MODERATORS , "Hope this post is ok and not withdrawn I have tried to phrase opinion carefully , just my opinion and hypothetical suggestions not a recommendation to act."I have never been caught out by fraudsters !
In my experience there seem to be so many Ebay fraudsters who act like this . IN my opinion , in theory , One quite effective way may be to possibly set up a new user account with inaccurate/dummy details so you do not have feedback affected . maybe Bid and push up the auction to a really high price then maybe do not pay , then after a few days you can leave feedback leave it in capital letters maybe stating" fraud previous ids do not buy and list ids" (if you can) along with a negative mark . The feedback will not be removed if you do not personally insult the person just stick to facts. He will then file a non paying dispute . You must reply within a set time frame (I think 7 or 14 days) . Just reply once with a . (full stop button) then your posting of feedback cannot be removed .The fraudster may then change id so keep track , and inform ebay he is setting up another account , again . Keep on there toes and if enough people do this to the fraudster he will soon get the message . If second chance offers are sent out to all bidders as I am sure will be done , if you have bid from a newly setup account then your feedback isnt at risk so accept the second chance offer and follow the above suggestions . This way if ebay sees repeat non paying bidders all the time on certain ids then they will start acting as it will be costing them time & money ! money is all ebay and paypal understand . PS I used to sell correctly on ebay but just got fed up with the grief and liars/fraudsters online! Sometimes fraudsters will restrict the amount of feedback you can have before bidding (although greed normally rules this out) in which case you can easily get the feedback figure up - I will not suggest how ;) !
  • I reported these earlier as (fee avoidance) they were going to offer additonal items as second chance offers
