I know exactly why. I drank far too much prosecco on Saturday night, and ate 3 slices of pizza.

    Just a quick post tonight..

Added you to the challenge starry.eyed :D

 Lantanna, sorry that people are so inconsiderate these days! It would be nice if people were more courteous in the job world!

    Menu for today
    B - yogurt, fruit, oats(3)
L - jacket potato, cheese (hea) coleslaw
T - SW burger, roll (heb) sw chips, red slaw
S - crisps (3.5) lots of wafer biscuits :( maybe 10, but they were little so maybe 2-3 syns each?

Didn't bother with speed foods for dinner as I've eaten so many biscuits today it wouldn't have made a difference to my downward spiral

We're just catching up with the programme about the All You Can eat buffet restaurants  anyway watch it? The "professional" eaters make me feel a bit queasy _pale_ food up their faces and all over their t-shirts.

But it's quite interesting to hear how the restaurants still make their money, even when people think they're getting their money's worth.
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.

Not in the best of form. Found out I didn't get the job by seeing it readvertised again!!!!

Not the nicest way to find out but then neither of the other two people got it either so I've not lost out to anybody just wasn't suitable at all obviously!

Fed up.com, cant even be bothered talking about it.

Cant wait to get into bed tonight.

Not to worry Lantanna, they have missed the bargain ( you ) you will get something better I hope whoever they have chosen isn't up to much, then they will realise You were the best. There will be something better round the corner xx

Miss Teach, your hard work will show on the scales in the end. 1/2 on can easily be hormones or fluid or something.

I'm feeling proud of myself. Got to the end of the day and not gone off plan at all. I have eaten exactly what I planned to eat this morning, nothing extra. After the last week or so, that is really quite an achievement.
