UKCPM being shamed on ITV

I have been noticing an increase in the number of people writing on here about UKCPM. I wanted to tell you about my experiences with them as a landowner. I cannot post a link to the story here as I am a new user but if you type in UKCPM into Google it comes up with the Parking Pranksters story off his blog. It really is pretty shocking reading.
I made it very clear to James Randall of CPM that if they took any of our customers to court we would draw a line and have to act. He refused to reply to calls/emails/letters even a letter from our MP went unanswered. I approached ITV who happened to be making a programme on the parking industry and they have run with our story.
It isn't going to paint CPM in a very good light. On top of that it is going to be horrendous publicity for CPM and I do hope other landowners take note and think twice before instructing James Randall, Lucky Gohler and co.
It is meant to be airing end of May but this may change with the election coverage. If anyone wants to know any more don't hesitate to contact me.

Great stuff!
When you say your customers are being sued, are you a retailer and did you contract with UKCPM? If so, why didn't someone Google them first? Ex-clampers and a terrible online reputation already.
Anyway, what happened, were several customers sued? What action did you take?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I am a landowner. I did search online but you have to realise from a landowners perspective there are thousands of negative posts out there about pretty much every parking company.
If you read the Parking pranksters blog by typing UKCPM into google it has our full story. Its too long to write here. I have explored every avenue from the IPC to the Police to the DVLA to the Trading Standards our MP and finally ITV.0 -

thats because they are all p*** poor !!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Yes - why did you think you need one? Not judging you, we are trying to understand why people don't just put up a barrier or some parking posts or simple polite signs of your own (has the desired effect, no threats).
No site needs a private parking firm.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Because it is a free car park for the use of our customers and our customers couldn't park due to people who never used our facilities parking up and wondering off.0 -
I just edited to add - why not simply put up polite signs (it does work).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
