The TV I linked above is actually meant to be white which it does mention at the end of the title however the model number is for the black model . They do do a number of different colours in that TV.
Here is the white model:

This includes a satellite tuner and freeview tuner plus media playback via usb. Under £200. It's not the thinnest of TV's but does have all the electronics inside it rather than needing separate boxes. The problem is servicing is probably in Italy should it be needed. There is a VESA fixing point available on the back so you can get any VESA wall mount for it. Pages 24 onwards in the manual of the pdf are in English. It is a 24" display but only HD rather than FullHD like many similar sized PC monitors.0 -

it would have been a cheaper alternative to getting the dish wired up and needing a Freesat decoder.0 -
She already has the dish wired up and if she gets a TV with an inbuilt satellite decoder then I don't think any of this is an issue. If she or any of her family wanted to watch any video files it could also be done on the TV using a usb flash drive.0

Thanks. Yes, dish and aerial are already there. There is already a main TV in the house - this is just an extra for watching basic things as I'm in and out of the kitchen such as rolling news.
I cannot imagine wanting to watch a film on it.0 -
The TV I linked also has a freeview decoder so you could use either if you also have an aerial connection as you have just indicated. Some channels such as Dave are not available on satellite.0

I did and it's titled Freesat TV. Suggest you do the same.0 -

These are 'free satellite', not Freesat. Freesat is a unified platform with a nice look and feel to it.
Will work fine, and if all you want is some live TV/news to watch, it'll be fine, just may not be as user friendly as Freesat if you're used to that.0
