  • So received my second letter today from DRP today demanding that I now pay £160 or they will advise their client to take court action against me.

Why do you think we need to know this?
  • What does the newbies thread say?

READ there first, THEN do a search, THEN post

Hint: noone cares at all what DRP think, write, say....

Lol, wait till you get the very, very final letter from DRP offering you a discount to pay ... which you ignore ... and then after that they will send you another super final automated letter with the "debt" back up to £160. Then you get a "Gladstones" letter and finally, maybe, possibly a real Letter Before Claim and a MCOL ... it is at that point you must take action (if it happens in the next 6 years).

As said above, keep everything filed nicely until/if that LBC comes ...

    Why are you so rude?

If you took the time to read the previous post in this thread you will see that someone asked what the latest was with this incident.

Is that sufficient reason for you?

I was responding to butterfly. He/she cares what they said as they asked what the current situation is.

Thank you for your mature, helpful response. It's nice to see that some are on here to help rather than just be rude to people.
  • Can someone please tell me how to find the newbies thread so I can find the template etc. I am new to this forum and don't know how to find things yet. We have just had a fine from G24. We only stayed 30 minutes but then went back about 2 hours later. The pictures they sent us show when we first entered then the final exit. They have not sent the picture of us leaving after 30 minutes. The sign did not state no return, just maximum stay of 90 minutes. Many thanks.

Well I'm sorry if you think I was rude, but maybe you should have quoted the thread you were allegedly answering, then it would have been clearer instead of making a random comment after CM's post!

As it was it looked like you were just posting about yet another stupid debt recovery letter!

Apology accepted. I hadn't made much effort to see how to reply using the quote, I thought it would have been obvious to anybody who took 10 seconds to do a bit of research to see who I was replying too.

I'll be more careful not to put random posts on my own thread in future
