Hi,
You will need to check if you are connecting to your router with the same class of ip address. Ok that was a bit techincal. have you set the laptops ip settings in accordance with the belkin manual. I can go through this with you step by step but firstly it might be better to check your pc settigns are correct and correspond with your router

Is IE set to use LAN rather than dialup?
Open IE then choose Tools > Internet Options > Connections and select "Never dial a connection".0 -
If you are using xp click START|CONNECT TO|Show all connections and then you can click the properties of your connection and check the tcp/ip settings.
If your router is givign out Ip's by DHCP(it shoudl say in the manual but you might have to check the router config) then your ip address should be set to obtain an ip address automaticlly.Dig inside; inside is the fountain of good, and it will forever flow, if you will forever dig.0 -

Duno where he has got his START|CONNECT TO|Show all connections from
Click 'START' then 'SETTINGS' then 'NETOWRK CONNECTIONS'
In there you should have at least one connection, if you right click on the icon and click properties it will take you into the TCP/IP setup.0 -

Sounds like your laptop may be wirelessly connected to the router OK. However have you accessed the router via IE to configure your ISP ADSL settings?
