    Hi folks :D

    There is baking on today's schedule after my chores are done...
    another Smiddy Dumpling loaf and perhaps another attempt at HM bread (determined to master this) I know that the art of it is in getting the dough to "prove" properly so I will crack on with and try different methods it until it clicks.

    No biking today as my mate is working but we hope to get something planned for next weekend.

    I have another batch of brewing planned for next weekend also, a friend has offered me a brew kit that they got as a present and they haven't used / doesn't want to use...

    Right, must press on.

    Chores all done...

    Bedding changed and washed, the winter duvet is now on... the heating is still off though and won't be going on until I feel it's cold enough for it to be on...

    Smiddy Dumpling is baking away and should be done by about twenty to three.

    I am going to have a cuppa and catch up here and then some more of TWD ;)
