Morning folks
Another busy day ahead for me...
However, after work I have my brew to bottle off
Then about a month to wait for it to bottle condition to optimum flavour...
Rambling on with all things MSE.
Watching my outgoings, everything being accounted for with an allocated budget for everything...
Surveys are picking up again and I expect once the Colleges and Uni's are back that PA will be much busier.
Anyhoo, best get on with getting on
Have a good one folks

It is important that we know where we come from, because if you do not know where you come from, then you do not know where you are, and if you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you are going. If you don't know where you're going, you're probably going wrong.

Evening folks...
Been a busy day today.
I've bottled off my first batch of home brew and my "Uncanny Ale" will be ready to drink in approx. two weeks. However, been advised to let it condition for at least a month before drinking it
So, I am now settling down with a cuppa n biccies (choccy of course) and going to catch up with and visit some friends on here.

Been mega busy today!
I was up later than usual as I have been binge watching The Walking Dead. Mate gave me all the seasons so far, 1 - 7, on DVD. I've watched all of Season One since Friday Night and will start Season Two tonight...
It is a series I had always meant to watch but just never seemed to get around to seeing IYKWIM...
Anyway, hooked on it now
Mega busy, Aye. As I was up late I had all my chores to catch up with.
So, the tunes went on and I got stuck right in. Doing the housework whilst listening to good Rock n Metal REALLY gets it done well I think... not sure if me neighbours agree thou
The house is lovely n clean and fresh smelling as usual and there is baking on the go too. Doing another wee Date n Walnut loaf for my wee mammy and her pals coffee morning thing that they're doing... maybe do another for myself too.
My current Home baked stock is looking very good at the mo. I have;
3/4 of a Victoria Sponge
Half a tray of Aussie Crunch
A Smiddy Dumpling wrapped n stored.
A tray load of Scottish Shortbread stored.
I'll be popping out in a bit for some fresh air and to pick up a few bits n pieces.
The rest of the day / evening will be spent on The Walking Dead and the rest of the Aussie Crunch with a couple of well earned ales.
Hope you're all having a grand day too
