Tomorrow we have a wee wander planned in the beautiful hills near Moffat.
We are doing a circuit walk of about 8 miles, the route will take us up by the Grey Mare's Tail, round Loch Skeene, over White Coomb and back doon to the car park at the wee brig at the start n finish.
We'll then be heading into Moffat for a bite n a pint afore heading back up the road.
Looking forward to this one as the weather report via MWIS (Mountain Weather Information Service) for the area is looking good

Another week almost done... :eek:
Had a grand weekend and the hike was glorious (as those on my Insta will know). It was a hard one though and the ascent and descent were bloody hard going through boggy terrain. It had a four boot rating on Walk Highlands, not surprised...
We had a cook-up on-route and one of the lads (Gawds bless him) had brought beers, so we had good grub and a sup while enjoying the views with the usual cheery banter
We left no trace of our dinner stop, taking all our rubbish away with us.
This week has been busy at work. Just flew by as usual.
No planned hike this weekend as the lads are busy with other commitments.
May go for a hike n camp with GF and the furrys, weather permitting
MSE wise, things are pretty much ticking along, so, still plodding

Morning Folks (just) !
Sorry for my protracted silence on here past month... been busy in RL
Mates and I travelled to the commando memorial at spean bridge and laid our own wee wreath, we also placed a wee wreath on a hilltop for absent friends...
GF and I enjoyed our wee break away, pups were looked after by friends.
Getting geared up for crimbo now.
Still progressing slow but sure on debt reduction. The EF is growing bit by bit each month.
