Looking to reduce package or change provider after a sneaky price rise from V :mad:
Notification e-mail of my next bill came thru and it's over £5 more than what is / was usual... I thought haud oan a minute... whit???
Called em up and apparently it's due to a discount coming to an end???
Told em I wasn't aware of this and that I am not a happy bunny, what can they do to reduce this as when I signed up for my current deal I did stress how much I was willing to pay and this increase is too much...
Apparently they can't offer any further reduction on it, it is what it is :eek:
This is the first time ever that V have really let me down, not happy and looking to change, which is another first...
Going to check on here for who has best deals for new customers...

OK, result, a £50 credit applied to my account
Which is a nice wee bonus.
Unfortunately they cannot reduce or discount any further, as I'm already on a discounted package... and dropping to next package down will lose that discount and end up costing more in the long run.
