There has been a list on L-Space (SirTP fansite) of proposed casting for various characters that has evolved (or rather devolved) over the years... some of the proposals are VERY !!!!!!?
The discussions (ok arguments) are still ongoing atm the hot topic is who is the best Vetinari... Jeremy Irons or Charles Dance? Irons has the look, Dance has the character etc.
This is going to be an ongoing and interesting topic for a while here I think and will significantly heat up when the actual casting choices are announced.
Incidentally, Good Omens? Oh, how much am I looking forward to this hitting the screen
With Neil Gaiman being firmly in control of it (at SirTP's behest) and the cast involved, it should be a mahoosive success...
