    Yesterday was a wee low day for me until my Bestie step in and kicked me up the bum...

    He reminded me of all the achievements and goals that I had made this year...
    Yep, ok, there were some hard knocks along the way... still here though... still getting on with things...

    Tonight I'm taking the wee mammy for her Crimbo food shop and doing mine too

    Be back on and off throughout the day here

    We all have low days but read your original post and see the long, long way you've come since then. You're an inspiration and a great friend to many on here as well as in real life. And most importantly a great son to that lovely wee Mammy of yours.

    Wee mammy is very happy as she is now fully stocked up for Crimbo :D
    I'm happy too, as I was also fed n watered by wee mammy before heading home :D

    I didn't do my own shop though, will do it tomorrow...

    I am now chilling with a well earned brew and a big bag o crisps :D

    Last of the current specials of The League of Gentlemen is on tonight, looking forward to that before bed time ;) Wonder which of the old favourite's will make an appearance tonight...

    Sorry to hear you felt a bit down momentarily. I think you've made fantastic progress since you started your diary - although you still haven't got a cat - can you remember when we kept pestering you, have you got a cat yet :)

    I still don't have a "YOU!" yet... :(

    There just seems to be no indoor cats available at the moment...

    Also, due to coming changes in my job role, I will have to do regular international travel and that would mean entrusting the care of my wee fur baby to someone else to look after which is not what I would like to have to do with them...

    Bestie has suggested waiting until I retire, which, as I'm an old bug ger isn't that far off now... cheeky bar steward :p

    So, I'm afraid it is on hold for now... :(

    Ideally, would love a cat and a dog... several of each... gonna be a daft old bloke with just cats n dogs for company aren't I. Ach, could be worse eh? :D
