But as your knowledge is rusty it would imply you have had some input on NI law. So where is the evidence palgrave was driving?

Given that the OP, who was driving, calls themselves Emma and there's absolutely no evidence that Emma is palgrave apart from a huge leap of blind faith on your behalf, unsurprisingly there's no evidence that palgrave was driving.

There's still no evidence the op was driving and if I were on jury service the op would be found not guilty. There's need a serious breach of procedure if the OP is telling the truth.

But as it's all fiction come to your own conclusion.

Ok, I'm willing to accept that it's possible the OP pulled to the side of the road, got out of her car, and was turning into a side street on foot to see if there was a parking space available.

But one would imagine that would have been noticed at the time and, since jaywalking isn't an offence in the UK, there would have been no follow up other than for the biker who would have been riding on the pavement.

So we are just missing the police attendance and any interview.

Given it happened in November one can assume there's been an investigation that's been omitted.
