We have a repeat offender who comes on the forums as a new member and posts wild stories normally involving some form of BMW (formally Toyota Yaris). He is know for running multiple identities and is particularly active during the school holidays. At current count there are 3 active posters matching his posting style.

The problem is any new member coming on with an unusual story gets accused with being Dark Matter which was his original I'd.

Back to your issue, I am not an expert on NI law but from what you are describing I assume you failed to see the motorcyclist and turned right across his path causing injury. Best to speak to a solicitor for advice

Thanks Angrycrow, you saved me typing an explanation - although it would be nice if the forum team took more note hat this is the unfortunate effect of being slow reacting to repeat incarnations!

I guess we will have to wait to see if the op ever comes back after being subjected to abuse the first time they post which is unlikely.

If they do it is very likely they will confirm the circumstances i have suggested as this is the most likely reason for prosecution being considered.

One does. I do enjoy an evening looking for the new incarnations and the associated posts. Very entertaining, especially when he/she is called out on them. I have particularly enjoyed the roid rage police BMW crash fantasy today.
