    Hello, please help !
In March 2018 a letter arrived from euro car parks, it was for the £75 reduced to £45 if paid within 14 days ! The letter also had a photo or the veichal arrived time and leaving time. The driver isn’t accepting this charge ! Please advise the driver on this . The driver has not admitted liability also the driver has ignored all letters including the 1st letter ! But now today a letter from DRP ( debt recovery ) who are working for Euro Car Parks wich are asking for the increased amount of £135 . I have read elsewhere that this debt recovery company have no power to charge people add on fees so advised to ignore these people . Should the driver continue to ignore all future letters from this company including Euro Car Park ltd . Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

AWZ, the best advice anyone can give you is to read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread.
But briefly, do not ignore it.

If you still have questions after having read that then please start a new thread, as trying to deal with two people's issues in the same thread can only lead to confusion.
