not numbered either , so we cannot tell where 4) finishes and 6) starts

and remove all the residential parking and residential lease points , not just the JOPSON part

my point (like umkomaas pointed out) is that you included a completely irrelevant section , so had you done due diligence you would have realised that a hospital site is not about residential parking, which means we wouldnt be having to point out the b***** obvious ! lol

so with respect, READ what you copy and paste and ask yourself if its actually relevant (which residential parking isnt in your case)

somebody else with a residential case may include it but leave out the equality act 2010 because for them the latter is not relevant

also , I took the extra trouble to seek out a relevant thread and linked it for you in order to help you, you ignored it , so I wont apologise for being blunt AND you have had at least 28 days to draft this appeal

OP are you able to post the three hospital signage pictures I sent you , on here? They show the extremely poor placement at this hospital which makes them impossible to read on entry and from the vehicle when the vehicle is stopped in the drop off/pick up bays. Your situation was night-time so emphasise this when referring to each image in the appeal. None of those signs are sufficiently well lit at night to have any chance of reading them from a vehicle.

I suggest strongly that you number the headline list of appeal points and then make sure each full point is also numbered. That makes it much easier for the Adjudicator.

I think that points 2,3 and 4 in my appeal are relevant to you.

You must remove obsolete and irrelevant points as advised by others as that will surely damage your case. Check through what I sent you and add
any additional relevant points from the Newbies thread and as suggested by Redx.

Then post it here for refinement. That is important as you don't yet seem to have a sufficent understanding of what is relevant or not. This forum has the expertise to help focus what you need to put to the Adjudicator. It is just as important to remove the stuff that will harm your appeal as make sure that potentially winning points are stated.

When you are ready to submit the appeal to POPLA here is the guide with screenshots from the Parking Prankster site which makes it easy to work through the process.

    http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co.uk/2015/09/new-popla-process.html

You need to convert the appeal to .pdf format in order to submit it.

this is not a web hosting site and so you cannot upload files on here, including pictures

this is why we tell people to use a file hosting site like tinypic or photobucket and host the files on sites like those , then post links on here to those pics on those hosting sites

people just seem to assume that they can upload files to wherever they like on the net, which requires storage and bandwidth as well, neither of which are free

you can embed these pictures in any popla appeal by saving it as a pdf , then submitting it using "other"

    hope that helps

Just to add don't rush it, for get any POPLA code checker page (waste of time). A POPLA code will last JUST OVER 30 days, I promise you.

Show us the tweaked and numbered version and embed Dadsma's photos into your original word doc, explaining to the POPLA Assessor how they can't be seen...

Oops, thank you for correcting me Redx. I didn't mean to say that OP should post the pics directly on here. Of course the way to do it is via a hosting site which provides a link to copy in to a post.

The OP says the code checker shows the POPLA submission date as today, 15th May. Can that be safely assumed to be the 28th day so the OP actually has until Wednesday 17th to submit the appeal. Will it still work on 18th which would be the 31st day?

Yes it would, yes it is safe. No POPLA code checker is worth bothering with.

OP, you are allowing this to get dangerously close to your POPLA deadline.
Can you let us see a revised draft please.

    Hi Dadsma

Thanks for your message, sorry just seen this now

I submitted my POPLA appeal on Sunday night, I didn't see C-M's post about asking me to post the appeal with images. I didn't want to miss the deadline.
