I'm busy listing on ebay just now, but keep popping back and forth. Got offer for 50% discount if sold.
Sorry you have been suffering with headache too, pleased you're feeling better.
I will have to check what the eb@y offers are. Thanks for the heads up.

Hi tatthycath,
Have just discovered your diary and will follow with intrigue! You mentioned in one of your older posts an 'excel house' and marking off bricks - that sounds like a great idea, where/how do I get one for myself?
Thanks! On a mission to be mortgage free!

Hi. thanks for popping by.
I originally got the excel house spreadsheet from another mse'er, can't remember who it was now.
I am going to be asking round for some help on doing a new spreadsheet probably. That said, if you google mortgage spreadsheet uk, lots of ideas come up. I'm on my tablet at the moment so I can't access excel until I go onto my laptop.
I am determined this new mortgage-when it comes through, will not last the full term. I'm Hoping to cut it by at least a third of the time and hopefully in half.GE 36 *MFD may 2043

Ah thanks tattycath - I have a spreadsheet I use just for keeping track but I particularly liked the idea of it looking like a house! :rotfl:

Well, we were supposed to exchange contracts today but the vendors solicitor can't get hold of vendor apparently. So fingers crossed we will be able to exchange tomorrow. :jGE 36 *MFD may 2043

Yesterday I decided to sort fridge out. So last nights tea was chicken and ham cottage pie. I substituted leeks for onions ( as we had no onions and leeks needed using up), I used mushrooms and broccoli - they also needed using up.GE 36 *MFD may 2043

Huge congratulations tattycath! :T :T Any idea on how long to complete now?
Chicken and ham cottage pie sounds lovely, what 'sauce' did you use? I'm looking for new recipe inspiration as I'm totally bored with what we eat at the moment."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do".
