I'm a little late to the party, but this is my local favourite,

If I recall the original asking price was around the £950k mark, others sell for anything around 1.2m
Proves beyond all reasonable doubt that money can't buy you good tasteThanks to all who post comps :A :T0 -

Lol, that's appalling! I loved the bar and pool table, it certainly lends a bit of class to the property.
I also liked the last photo, the exciting zoom shot of the tree in the back garden. It almost made me want to move there - well that and the set of drawers in the master bedroom ceiling!!Mortgage Free in 3 Years (Apr 2007 / Currently / Δ Difference)

Are they sure it's a house? It looks like a country pub with a few beds shoved in it. One of the other best descriptions I saw (long gone) was 'this flat also benefits from a bathroom'. It beats hauling rainwater up the stairs and washing in a bucket, I suppose.0

Oh Yes it's a house, As well as their initials on the front wall & the concrete Eagles if you look closely you will see that the front of the house is emblazoned
"Windsor Manor"
When they did it up (if you can call it that) the local curtain twitchers were convinced it was a knocking shop :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
They also added a couple of concrete dogs for good measure.

These pictures kinda remind me of a car dealer who used to put pictures of his cars in the autotrader with his dog sat infront of them. Why?!
I love "Windsor Manor"- it makes me think of something Del Boy and Rodders would live in when they finally made their fortune.0 -

I have to say that that photo is the "slightly" toned down version, in the original each of the front windows had a different colour of tasselled curtains. Classy!
I was sorely tempted to view it but wasn't sure I'd be able to keep a straight face
Done up it should easily fetch close to £1m so I wouldn't be surprised if the interest is from a developer, or someone who can see past the decor. Thanks to all who post comps :A :T0 -
They are not doing themselves any favours with this collection -
