Lot's of people call themselves Corbynites, (nicer term than cronies), doesn't mean he agrees with everything they say does it!
I'm not sure if you think that I am that much of a fool to believe that, or you actually do, or you know neither of us do, and you are merely deflecting, but either way it really doesn't matter.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -
Most of them wouldn't support him because they saw him as a joke who couldn't win. Many have now changed their minds....including me.
No! It isn't just about winning! It is about principles, and a lot of the labour MP's have principles that won't allow them to back Corbyn. The rest of the UK (even Tory voters) should applaud them for that, and support them in their fight against such a misguided person. This has been a learning curve for me, and I have started to feel supportive towards certain labour MP's.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -
No I don't think I will. Why not answer the question.
Obviously because you don't want to publically fess up to the fact that your statements contradict each other :rotfl:
Simple facts are you hated Corbyn when he was won leadership because you considered him electable. Because he did slightly less badly than you expected in the election you've changed your stance & are now desperately trying to air-brush your previous condemnation of him out of existence.
A bit sad really.
But please don't try to con people on here that Corbyn was trotting up to your Union meetings & supporting you for years as if he was some wonderful guy you rated, when you couldn't stand him until the moment you thought he might get into power.0 -
No I'm saying I can smell it a mile off. Talking about a sunnier outlook on life....not long to go now and a good pension to boot paid for by people like you;)
Whoops, are you sure you meant to post that?
I mean you're absolutely correct. I've paid an enormous amount of tax over the years, probably enough to pay your pension & a good few others like you. It's surprising for you to admit it though. Usually all you do is spit bile at the rich & act like they are parasites. And now here you are, admitting that in fact it's taxpayers like me and Chuck who generously pay for the pensions people like you receive.
Well done, a big step forward in your personal development to finally admit that the rich are good guys who pay for most of what the country spends.
I don't want you to feel guilty about taking it though. It sounds like you've had to spend most of your life in nick, which to be honest sounds like no kind of life at all. So it's nice that you'll get to spend your retirement somewhere decent, funded by me. Perhaps you could get an allotment next to Jezza & swap jam recipes.
Alas our paths won't cross as my own pension arrangements go a little beyond that. Also it sounds as if you're near pensionable age, whereas I'll be clocking off the 'ol 9-to-5 considerably younger than that. After all, you wouldnt want to spend your whole life working, and certainly not in the Scrubs.

We all claim to have principles:-
I like persons better than principles, and I like persons with no principles better than anything else in the world.

Don't worry Fella ....there's no guilt, you can be assured of that because I deserve it!:)....but thanks anyway I'm ever so grateful.0 -
'Fight against evil' ...seriously!
Yes seriously (now downgraded to misguided), please try and explain to me in away that doesn't make Corbyn look bad, why all the most experienced Labour MP's have deserted him?Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

So let's be clear:
You're saying he was always a principled man, who turned up to Union Meetings & supported the Public services......but because you thought he couldn't win you didn't support him?0 -

You are truly welcome dude, I have no axe to grind with the prison services, a horrific way to spend a lifetime IMO. A dirty job I'm exceptionally pleased not to do.
The least you deserve is to be able to afford a bag of Werther's Originals now & then as you ponder whether it was worth it.0 -

I have already....they thought he was a joke candidate who wouldn't win. They don't see him as evil though. Besides you'll see a drift back once they've swallowed their pride.0
