I'm rattled at the thought of a crypto-Marxist administration devastating the economy.
I wonder what Corbynites would have to say when their mortgage payments shot up - 'all for the good eh, at least we're weally compassionate init'0 -
I'm glad Project Fear is over though. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Me too. Project Fear was an attempt by a lot of vested interests to scare the average Joe (although not the average Joeskeppi) into voting remain.
Completely different than voicing genuine fears over a bunch of people hideously unfit for the job running the country.0 -
I'm struggling to find someone I can vote for this time and there is a good chance that I will not vote for the first in decades.
Unless there's a strong independent candidate I think I may end up spoiling my ballot paper (secretly a bit thrilling, as I was always a girly swot at school and this seems quite naughty). They are an EYESORES!!!!0 -

It's unlikely that many will similarly spoil their ballot paper, isn't it?
Or is it; I would love to know opinion - though I know I won't get much in the way of realistic views about this here.
I have however seen for example the Independent suggest this option.

IMHO a spoiled ballot paper is no more than a waste of shoe leather unless many are prepared to do the same.0 -

Well, I feel I really can't not vote. And if I really can't vote for even the least worst option, a spoiled ballot paper is a small protest. A None Of The Above option would be good obviously.
I can't do anything about how other people vote. Well, I could harangue them relentlessly on Facebook, like my lefty friends do I suppose. They are an EYESORES!!!!0 -
It's a shame that the issue highlighted by James O'Brien on LBC today is unlikely to be given any further coverage:
http://www.lbc.co.uk/radio/presenters/james-obrien/police-officer-theresa-may-cuts-james-obrien/James O'Brien highlighted these remarkable exchanges between Theresa May and a former police officer, who predicted having to put soldiers on the streets due to police cuts.
Damian O'Reilly told the Home Secretary that's what would happen at the Police Federation Conference in 2015.
Theresa May, then the Home Secretary, dismissed his comments as "scaremongering".'I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my father. Not screaming and terrified like his passengers.' (Bob Monkhouse).
Sky? Believe in better.

Given events this weeks, the effect of the cuts are there for all to see. It seems that Mr O'Reilly was right all along, but somehow I don't expect the right-wing media to highlight this! I also wonder what [STRIKE]excuses[/STRIKE] reasons May's supporters will give for this on here.
Give over.
I was in France the other week, Paris, and they have armed police, Gendarmes and the military walking around.
It's just a response to the terrorist attacks. I'd rather they do something than just spouting "they will not defeat us, carry on as you were".
James can jog on with that, he's barking up the wrong tree in the wrong damn park.0 -

I think that thankfully most people on here have been too decent to try to use events this week to make any political points for or against either party.0
