Great news dancemum I'm so pleased for you :j:j

Got loads done yesterday, cleaned all the kitchen cupboards out throughly and DH has a load of stuff ready to go to the tip. Listed some stuff on gumtree as free (old plant pots and the like), it was all collected within the hour!

Today's plan is to wash our bedding then get everything ready for school / preschool tomorrow. A walk will be factored in at some point too, as well as slow cooked beef brisket xx

Morning all. Great news Dancemum. Hugs to anyone who needs them.

Still mostly waving from the flysofa here too but today I plan to put a curry in the slow cooker and walk the dogs round the block slowly.

    Have a great day everyone.

    Morning all.
Glad to hear the positive news dancemum.

Hugs to the flylady sofa. It sounds like you are sitting on laps at the moment, so everybody take care and don't get up too soon.

I'm pretty sure that there has been no flying for the past couple of days, beyond keeping up with the dailies -just. Back to school and work tomorrow, so back to a routine. I'm hoping that will give me the kick right where I need it. Somehow I need to figure out how to get more productive.
So far this morning I have wudupa (should have done it last night, but the wine flowed and it seemed a good idea to leave it :o), WM just finishing off, and the ironing pile is looking at me, trying to make me feel guilty. It's working! DD off out with a friend this morning so my planned jog has been cancelled, and I'll put the taxi sign back on the car. Come to think of it, that's why I have done no flying this past week!
Off to hang the washing outside. Have a lovely Sunday everyone. X

Morning all. Hugs to all those on the Flylady sofa.
Meal out for mum last night was good. I appear to have raised two gourmets...the offspring shared a starter of whitebait with squid ink aoili (though DD didn't eat that, she doesn't eat mayonnaise (or salad cream)). Then they had rabbit breast wrapped in pancetta with parmentier potatoes!
I bought balloons without a number on (80) but she did get one numbered balloon. That, mysteriously, blew away.
And our local celebrity was in, too!

Bedding blowing on line and have another load in. Rabbit hutch cleaned and airing.

Glad you're meal was great Valli.

I have WUDUPA (some from last night here too), finally changed the bedding which is now in the WM, watered my plants, put out rubbish, recycling and compost, and walked the dogs.

Going to finally do some ironing soon, will try it sitting down. DH must have been wearing the same shirt for about 3 or 4 days now. Still, he knows where the iron is kept.

Hi everyone! I arrived back home on Friday but didn't have much energy yesterday after travelling for 26 hours!

I had a fantastic time and can't quite believe it's all over and I'm back to the usual routine :(

I did manage to unpack and do a load of washing and I popped to see Mum for a couple of hours to catch up as she has gone away today.

    dancemum - sounds positive for DS2 x

Valli - glad the meal went well x

Hugs to all poorlies and those resting this week - take care of yourselves xx

Remember I mentioned 38 hankies washed yesterday? Mr LW ironed them all today. :A
Could I ask for some flare-begone vibes please (I'd especially like rid of the big red butterfly currently adorning my face  ) so that I can get back to some meaningful Flying before this place turns into a total midden. Mr LW is doing his best, but for one thing he doesn't in all honesty clean to my standard, and also I don't feel it's fair for him to try and do it all, so I need to get back to some semblance of normality if I can. :o

What a fab sunny day again!

3 WM loads done and mostly dry
Kitchen cupboards and appliances wiped down
House given a once over tidying-wise
Moved all the new plants bought the other day from the front to the back where they'll eventually live
Given the steps and patio a good sweep and weeds between paving slabs removed.

Sending hugs to the flyladies on the sofa, and plenty of flare up be gone vibes your way LW. My best friend has lupus and is currently going through a big flare up and is trying to come off the steroids that have increased her weight from a size 12 to 20.
