Yeah, course. What with 14 year old girls so unable to speak up for themselves that they'll strip off to their knickers in public when ordered.


At 14, forgetting kit means stay outside in the cold with everybody else, plus an hour's detention every time.



If, for some insane reason, the kid actually has a teacher that has evaded all child protection complaints and DBS checks and nobody has ever questioned or reported such behaviour before, asking said child if she is prepared to give a police statement and give evidence in court with the understanding that if she is lying, she will be prosecuted herself, then the OP should immediately instigate a formal complaint of abuse, as a malicious complaint could easily result in the ending of a career, unbearable anxiety and, if found to be malicious, she would be best attending a different school for next term onwards.
