Am I the only one in being a little ........ concerned may be too strong ......... uneasy as to why the interest in where a particular poster is from?
When the poster has expressed a desire for that not to be known it appears more than a little strange TBH.

I was merely commenting on the reduced forum activity I have seen compared to how it was before. That's not nostalgia just a noticeable decrease in new posts nowadays. The previous posters have explained why.

I used to work with a bloke from Dundee, who occasionally used to go on a rant about the time when "eh fun eh fleh in meh peh!" He used to engage in absolutely incomprehensible (to the rest of us) banter with a woman from Aberdeen (or "Furryboots City" - for the benefit of those not in the know, it relates to the question asked by an Aberdonian, curious about a stranger's place of birth "Furryboots ur yie frae?").

I'm going to stop now as I'm in danger of slipping into a typed version of Stanley Baxter's "Parliamo Glasgow".......
