  • My credit card expired in June and I was sent the card with the new design. A week before that my advance debit card was chewed up by my dog. Ordered a ne replacement and got th new design. Both cards did compliment each other nicely.

I wander what the design for the normal debit card is like?

I recently had to get new cards for my personal.and my joint account however now due to the new design I have 2 identical cards. Very annoying. Only option hsbc could give me was to mark my cards.

in what way did they differ before then? perhaps you can change the account type of one of the accounts to ensure that the cards differ?

....perhaps the Gold/Silver cards depicted via my link are actually 'Business' cards?

you can see the Advance Creditcard is a Visa, but the Premier and Private Creditcards are Mastercards.

Hoping hsbc sees the error of this 1 design for all.

Why don't you switch at least one of the accounts to another bank?

You could get a switching bonus and/or interested on your account balance.

You would also, of course, get a different card design.
