    That's next door but one at number 3 but what makes you think that you have the right to know what your neighbour has installed on their property?

    I've reported them to the kennel club, they have about two dozen puppies in a large shed, which never get walked. They are nasty, violent people but I can't go into everything because some things are still ongoing with the police.
