  • Hi
I outstayed my time at b &m and later received a fine from g24 after reading on the internet to just ignor these I did. I have received quite a few since then and now I have received a letter from Gladstone solicitors stating I need to pay £150 to drp or i will be going to court any advice please do I ring and pay.

All correspondence have been received by my partner it was me who was the driver and I also no longer have the car. Also the pictures they sent as evidence you could not make out car and number plate.

    Thanks

Claire.1610, take a moment to read the post immediately above yours.
    Should give you some re-assurance.

Where exactly on the internet did you read this?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I see requests for notification of these pimped letters come up. I have just received one of these (I think it is anyway).

Start your own new thread when you get the actual LBCCC with reply forms, if you are unsure what to do after you've read at least ten threads (from 2018, NOT 2017) talking about Gladstones and the new PAP reply forms.

There are several on page one right now, one click away (see my signature below).

  • These guys actually took me to court. I made the grave mistake of missing the court hearing and now I have County Court Judgement ordering me to pay £264 to Gladstone Solicitors. Be careful guys, they will take you to court and, in my case, they have! I should've attended the court case. I didn't, although I did send my statement. Is there any possible way out? I'm not sure there is now.

Nothing you can do except pay or take the CCJ hit.

Assuming you are not here to be a PPC stooge to scare people? You failed, if so!

You came here too late. We see defended cases won in 99% of cases, with the Claimant/solicitors often ordered to pay three figures in costs to our posters.

Posts like yours just give us a chance to reconfirm that WE WIN ALMOST EVERY CASE.

And to reconfirm that victims of this pathetic scam do need to actually turn up...

If youre just a stooge trying to frighten people, well it doesnt work - of course you have to turn up to a hearing. Thats obvious to all.
