Actually, ignore me, they changed this in 2007, shows how out of date I am!
You only need to pay duty if you use more than 2500 litres a year, which is quite a chunk.

Just a simple form could be downloaded to use but that was ten years ago and no need to bother now.
Op- leave a bottle outside overnight before putting any in you car to see if it solidifies as the temperature drops as this will block your fuel system. Once it's warm enough through out the night to stay liquid you will be fine.
I ran mine on wvo May to September but did get cocky just the once by having a go early spring and got about ten miles till had to be recovered by the RAC due to fuel starvation.0 -

I travel abroad quite often and it's a bit iffy in some countries......0 -
The simple rule of thumb for running a car on veg is-
No common rail injection
Needs a bocsh or Denso fuel pump (no Lucas)
Generally looking at cars from the 90's from France, Germany or Japan.0 -
