SO I opened the new account about 2 days ago. And had a secure message to say it was open.
I set up regular payments from my 123current account yesterday, with the first payment going in today. But it hasn't happened. and shows the next payment due next month :?
Any idea's0 -
Sometimes you can't set up SOs starting in the next day or two. You might find that although you specified today in the setup page, when you moved on to the Confirm Detail page the date was changed and you failed to spot it. I made the first payment manually and set up a monthly transfer for the rest0

And I set up our new ones yesterday am, made the first SO payment date yesterday and it went through okay yesterday pm. No consistency is there?
AndyPK, I guess it may be best looking again later today and tomorrow morning, if nothing call them tomorrow.0 -
Same here... after having Andy PK near exact experience..chockydavid1983 wrote: »I made the first payment manually and set up a monthly transfer for the rest0 -
When I was applying, I thought I was seeing double.
There were two identical buttons, both red, to click on.
Looking to the left, the bottom one is for people with qualifying accounts, i.e. 5%, but it didn't say 5%. Phew.
All set up, showing 5% interest, manually put in £200, and will set up the standing order when it settles down a bit.
Would have preferred it to start in early March, so I have a Regular Saver maturing every three months.
Now it's April, June, September and December.
It's like a lopsided picture.
