Click on the username of a Board Guide and ask them to merge (e.g. Crabman, soolin, savvy or Browntoa). In my forum view (which is by my choice, old-version pale green, not what you see) I see the Board Guides' names bottom right of page one of this forum.

The first page is always one click away, see my signature.

  • UPDATE

Received another 'request for payment' from CPM. Bless them, they put a big scary looking black box with FORMAL DEMAND in big letters at the top. Ha. This does not entice me to part with £100!

Is states the driver (not me, but I am RK) is liable. Is now the time to let them know I wasn't driving and I won't be telling them who was, or shall I just ignore?

Apparently the fee goes up to £149 😱😱😱🤣🤣🤣

I refer you back to Redx's advice in post #29.

Retain all and any paperwork you receive regarding this PCN (including envelopes if they show any dates in them) for 6 years when the potential for litigation becomes statute barred.

PS - your link doesn't work.

  • UPDATE.....

    Hello,

We have received a steady flow of threatening letters from DRP and have today received our first Gladstones letter. Just wanting to double check no action is still the correct thing to do...

We are still being invited to pay up to DRP so am I right in thinking this is a letter from DRP and they have borrowed the headed paper from Gladstones?!

They also suggest I should update them as to my current address (don't know how they think I'm reading their letter if they have the wrong address)

I'm planning on ignoring and filing with the other stash of letters unless advised otherwise.

    Thank you

    IGNORE if its from DRP

if Gladrags were to send an LBC , under the new protocols , with the PPC as their client and saying something like Letter Before Claim (or Action) , rebut it using post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread
  • Thank you, it's dressed up to look like Gladstones but I believe it is actually DRP

Why not send the Johnersh letter to Gladstones? Johnersh is a lawyer. While the letter is aimed at Wright Hassall (solicitors working alongside other parking companies/debt collectors), you can suitably adjust it to cover Gladstones.
