Site clock still GMT when not logged in

A bit off-putting after a week to still have the site clock for those not logged in to be GMT but when logged in it is GMT+1

I thought someone had hidden BST from the menu.:D

It's a manual change in vBulletin that has to be made. Could probably hack the code to automate, but probably not worth it on cost/benefit or the risk of introducing unintended bugs.

Do-able, but not worth the possible hassle.
You just need someone prepared to do it manually.
