    My OH has a pair of women's ones and they were about £900.00 at the time.

    Definitely no return address, I am trying to check if they are fake, they don't have things like a Louboutin authentication card, (which apparently is in the womens, not sure if the same goes for mens sneakers/trainers though) Also, the 'dustbags are white, when apparently they are normally red... I could be wrong, but...

    He's been scammed unfortunately. All the signs are there and they are almost certainly fake. He won't get his money back I'm afraid. Chalk this one up to experience.

    These were 635 + 15 postage. I have seen them on the American site for $875, so that would appear about right...

    Probably not. If they are $875 in the US they would most likely be on sale for around £875 or more in the UK. Import them from America and you would pay import VAT and possibly duty, raising the cost considerably.

    Of course I'd not factored in tax etc. The more I'm looking into it and reading from everyone, I'm building a picture of the whole thing. I have checked and they aren't available on the Loub. UK site, but are on the US site, makes me think this person /persons have had a 'job lot' of older stock and even if they are genuine, they have just shifted what they have onto him...
