I'm here too, my little boy is sick. Typical! Have fun everyone! :beer:0

I popped down as I was in the area, but I couldn't see a table of people in hand-knitted jumpers nursing half pints and glasses of tap water, so I gave up and came home (via Borough Market, oops. £4 for two artichokes is shocking, but since Tesco claim they're 'discontinued'... they look like nice ones)Hurrah, now I have more thankings than postings, cheers everyone!0

#1. The people that run these "sell your house and rent back" companies are generally lying thieves and are best avoided
#2. This time next year house prices in general will be lower than they are now
