:eek::eek: I sent off a complaint a while ago, and heard it had been upheld. Today in my account is a refund of £4500 :eek::eek: :j:j:j:j

I've moved it to my savings account while I think about what to do with it. I want to use it wisely. I am gobsmacked _pale_
