  • Glad you got shoes, I love shoes, but I hate shoe shopping!! I used to work in a shoe shop - it was great! :D
I decided on fairly low heels too (2 3/4 inches) which is really quite low for me, but comfort is very important!

Pot plants and Orchids sound nice:D
  • Piccy of shoes

  • If you know someone who has an apple Mac, apple make lovely photo albums where they print the photos onto the pages like a book.

    Have a lovely wedding
  • Hey, brilliant thread.

My friends got married sometime ago and everyone who was invited had to bring their own food and booze and the ceremony was held in the park! Brilliant idea and nobody to this day has ever forgotten.

Here's an idea. Sign up to snapfish.com or kodak and get all your photos printed out for free (if you are Ok for 4x6 photos) Get all your wedding guests to sign up after you send them an email inviting them to do so and you can have upto 5000 shots free:T

My son is mad about cars, so we get images off the net and get them printed for him. I'm just by myself with him so it all helps!

Have a wonderful day and if I were in your neck of the woods would glady give my time to photograph your day as have done 3 so far with good results:D
  • Ok I thought I'd post a photo of my bouquet too!! It's not arrived yet - bought from ebay - artificial!

  • Ordered a lovely sparkly tiara and necklace and earring set from an ebay shop - grand total £31 including postage which is not bad:D
Also got table decorations at last, the nice lady at the Hilton suggested a place nearby so my mum and I went in on Saturday and ordered them - my mummy paid:D £4.30 per cluster (1 per table) so not too expensive really, I couls have spent more getting vases and flowers. Oh the balloons also come with little bags of fudge to hold them down, which I'm sure will go down a treat:D
I can't belive how soon it is now, 4 weeks on Saturday!!!
Having my hen party next weekend (have a ball this weekend!!) we're going to a spa, get the day at the spa (no treatments) and a healthy lunch for £15, which I'm pleased about, everyone is paying themselves, and my niece can come too (I think she's £3 - not including her lunch):D

I've not sorted out button holes, I was thinking of making some myself too, I have some lovely Thistles just now which dry well, so I will attempt to make the button holes for the men from them asap, if not, I will have to check out ebay etc.

I have flowers - artificial - for myself and my bridesmaids (see piccy above for mine!)

    Thanks for the advice :D
