    it was dark and I trusted the guy to be honest. did take a very quick test a few mins really

    to be honest I'm no mechanic and cant realistically be expected to know those majors issues as only an expert would find them

    Pretty clear he was looking for somebody to offload this car on to and will no plans on a refund.

    Sorry, I think you will just have to take this as an expensive lesson learned.

    yes but he shouldn't be allowed to what a he's done to me and I believe fighting all the way is the best option...at least it will potentially make people think twice in the future.

    Or make them check over and inspect their goods before purchase. Buyer beware and all that.
