But Lite is a much watered down version of BT Sport, so not really comparable to what the OP was after. Which in turn was what I was commenting on.
However, if BT see a large defection in subscribers from BT Sport to BT Sport Lite due to the new charges, I wouldn't be surprised if they either start charging for Lite or get rid of that option completely!
That certainly wouldn't bother me for the small amount of watchable stuff that is on there. I called them back today, and they've given me £12.99/month rising to £17.99/month in month 4 when they cease to give me HD for free. 12 month contract.
