Pre-paid anonymous card

Not sure which forum to post this in.

I'm basically after a pre-paid debit/credit card that I can get over the counter. I don't want to have to register it, etc. I want it to be a method of paying for things online anonymously. I heard that the Post Office do one, but I can't seem to find anything online.

Anybody got any tips?

Gift card bought at a supermarket in cash? That'll make the source of the money anonymous, however if you're ordering online then the fact that you're the one ordering/having it delivered won't be anonymous.

Not everything purchased requires a physical delivery address. Gift card won't do. I need to be able to pay using a VISA / Mastercard card, but without registration... They're very popular in America, not so much in the UK by the looks of it.

Prime Card by IDT can be obtained over-the -counter for cash, but has limited use and load without registration, and try to avoid having to deal with IDT CS.

Say someone who you've bought an illegal service from gets busted, and their accounts are scrutinised, then an unregistered pre-paid card will not be a method of being connected as a historical sale.
