Howdy can anyone help me with my change of circumstances. Low care and low mobility and June 2017 my condition worsened, i reported it 2nd November and awarded enhanced 4 both. The backdated both from end of January. Spoke with pip and was told if i sent hospital treatment and discharge papers from June i will receive back payment. 4 calls i made took 10-4-4 and 3 days to call me back. Last caller said not entitled to back pay even from 2nd November?0
