Thanks it's all new to me so was getting a bit confused
Yeah just to clarify... any new claims for 'disability benefit' will be for PIP.. DLA is being phased out with existing claimants being invited over time to apply for PIP.

    Vicki,
Good luck with your claim - and remember that if (for some reason) - you do get rejected at first attempt - ALL is far from lost - there are several levels of appeal that you can use...
Please keep the forum informed as to how you are getting on and if you need any advice - someone is always here and willing to help you.

I have thought of other things I should of included on my form is it worth writing these down and posting them and asking them to be added to the firm or just wait and see what happens.

    Take copies to your assessment.
Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.

Agree with above.. take copies to assessment also... if you are going to punch the DWP (or their contractors) then do it twice to make sure they get the message..lol
