I've also had issues claiming my M&S vouchers (£40). I claimed mine on 26/10 and took a screenshot, which clearly indicates a 30 day period for them to arrive.

Contacted BT on 04/12 to ask where they were and was promised a call from the 'gift card team' which, surprise, surprise, never came. Was also told to wait until 45 days had elapsed, which tallies with the info currently on the claim page - they've clearly had to increase the period.

I contacted BT again today (11/12), only to be told the claim had definitely been raised and to wait a further 10 days. I had to inquire to be told this was working days, not calendar days, i.e. 25th Dec! Given Royal Mail don't deliver on Xmas day or Boxing day I'll have to wait until 27/12 to be sure before I contact BT yet again. Here's hoping they turn up before then as I'll raise a complaint if there are any further delays! I've been patient enough.

I’m also having problems claiming my bt rewards card. I tried to claim it tonight after signing up for both bt broadband and phone SIM card in the Black Friday sale. I was told during the phone conversation that all I had to do was register when my account went live, which it did on the 4th of December. I’ve also paid my first bill.
Now tonight they have emailed me to say I’m not eligible as I signed up via phone and not online. When I was told on the phone I was eligible, otherwise I would have signed up online. Not impressed in the slightest.
Any ideas where to take this next.

Check the offer ts + cs first and see if they contradict anything BT have told you

Then pursue the issue via a complaint which you can then escalate if unhappy with the reply
