    Excellent! Well done - Now once you are below that, it really looks like the finish line is in sight, that's what got me motivated! The difference of owing a hundred thousand compared to have a mortgage of just 90 odd thousand is a huge gap in my mind :rotfl:

    I've just spent quite a long time reading your whole diary!

    Well done on getting below 100k. I hope to get below $100 000 in March or early April!
