Flight Delay Compensation

Hi,
I am new to this forum and need a little help please. My family and I travelled to Greece last year, our outbound flight was delayed by over 10 hours. Using Resolver on the MSE site I applied to the airline for compensation. After 3 months of hearing nothing from the company I escalated the case as per Resolver instruction. The company responded almost immediately and asked me to send copies of our boarding passes, holiday invoice and tickets. This information had already been sent to them via Resolver. I again sent this information minus the tickets as it was a ticketless flight, this was confirmed on the holiday invoice. This was the third time I had sent through all of the information they had requested. The company responded again and requested that I now send copies of all of our passports, they had never requested this information previously. I contacted the company again to explain that I had already sent the information they had requested and to ask for clarity as to why our passports were now required. They responded only to say that unless they received copies of our passports they would not be able to process the claim. I am slightly nervous about sending copies of our passports and I wondered if anybody else had encountered this problem ?
Any advice gratefully received.

Which airline? Then place on the appropriate airline thread, or the Resolver thread.
If you have a valid claim, they are stalling and obfuscating in the hope you go away.If you're new. read The FAQ and Vauban's Guide
