  • mine was produced on the Tuesday afternoon, my broker emailed me a copy at 8am Wednesday and my paper copy arrived Thursday. Have you chased your broker again?

I just rang them and they said the offer is there for them to download, they need to check it and send it me over.
  • who said that, the broker?

Yeah - she said "it's on the system for me to download, then we need to check it and then send it to you"

Got the offer - all looked good till I got to the special conditions; looks like the wrong debt to be consolidated is on there. I've got a car on a PCP that I can walk away from in December, and am going to do this, however this is on my offer instead of one of the loans (which is actually double the monthly payments of what the car payment is).

Is there any chance this can cancel the offer in any way?
  • They would have to re-issue the offer i would assume. Speak to your broker, this sounds like an error on their part

ah crap... I've gone back to the broker, but now waiting on a reply. It took forever to get the offer through, will have to go through it all again
  • Hopefully, it would just be a minor amendment and not take very long. Your broker is the best one to advise however.

    Ugh anfieldred what a palaver!

Well I've sent all my info back today.. I held back as my broker hadn't sent me my new illustration over & the documents say only to sign after I've seen them.. As this is my home, I wasn't taking T&C's lightly!

Now we have to wait for my letter for my gift deposit... But my grandfather is in Cyprus for another 2 weeks :( he says he doesn't know if there's any internet caf!s there (I know there is - I lived there!) So now we wait & hope the sellers don't get impatient.
